Steps to Finalize Acceptance of Roster Offer

If you decide to join the ISC for the 2012-2013 season, you will need to follow the procedures below to finalize registration.

 


Step #1 - Respond to each e-mail roster offer  

Respond via email to the ISC staff regarding your decision to join for next year within 24 hours of our e-mail offer.

 

Step #2 - Complete Online Registration (ONLY Ages U9-U16 Boys; U9-U15 Girls)

Please note, we will not be using online registration for the U17, U18, U17/18 Boys and the U16 & U18 Girls teams. Players on those teams will pay the $145 annual registration fee via check during registration at the HTRC.

  • Please click to complete your Online Registration

    • You must complete the online registration even if you will pay via check. If you wish to pay by check, please select the "Pay By Check" option during the Checkout process online.

  • Pay the $145 Annual Registration Fee.

    • You may pay the $145 registration fee online during the online registration, or by check in person when you register at the HTRC.

  • Upload your child's picture to help parent managers with player cards for next year.

    • Please do your best to upload your child's picture, this will save your volunteer team manager a lot of time if you upload your child's picture for their 2012-2013 player card.

       

Step #3 - Attend one of the in-person registrations at HTRC for final paperwork

In addition to the online phase, you will need to choose from any of the following four nights to finalize your paper work and fees in person at the Hawkeye Tennis and Recreation Center. Please fill out the forms under the "All Ages" heading below. Also, fill out the out-of-state medical waivers for your child's age group.  

Again, while we understand that this requires a time commitment from each of you to come in a second time to the HTRC, this will save your volunteer team manager a lot of time if we can collect this paper work for them.  All of the forms that need to be completed at the HTRC are posted below for your convenience.

The dates for in person registration at the HTRC are:

  1. Monday, July 9: 5-7 PM
  2. Tuesday, July 10: 5-7 PM
  3. Wednesday, July 11: 5-7 PM
  4. Thursday, July 12: 5-7 PM
