Iowa Soccer Club offers five programs to choose from to suit the different levels of interest and time availability of each player. All programs are operated by our Director of Coaching Jon Cook and utilize our staff of professional coaches under his direction.

ISC Academy Recreational Program

ISC Lightning Intermediate Training
- Fall and Spring Only

- One night per week training with Professional Coaching focusing on individual skills

ISC POP - Practice Only Program
- Year round training August 1st through July 31st
- Attend training sessions with Advanced Year Round Program teams run by Professional Coaches to develop individual and team skills.
- No League games, Winter Indoor Games, or Travel Tournaments.
- Required attendance at clinics / tryouts held in May and June.

- 2012-2013 Club Fees: U9-U14 players $1,033 per year; U15+ players $1,083 per year
- No team fees, league/tournament fees, or uniform
ISC POPPI - Practice Only Program Plus Indoor
- Year round training August 1st through July 31st
- Attend training sessions with Advanced Year Round Program teams run by Professional Coaches to develop individual and team skills.
- Required participation in 2 sessions of Indoor 6v6 Games at SportsZone in Cedar Rapids during November through March.
- No League games or Travel Tournaments.
- Required to attend minimum of 1 training session per week.
- Required attendance at clinics / tryouts held in May and June.

- Team Fees: Indoor league fees and indoor tournament fees paid to team treasurer
- Uniform: Approximately $100
- No fall & spring team fees, no fall & spring league/tournament fees
ISC Advanced Year Round Program
- Year round training August 1st through July 31st
- Attend training sessions run by Professional Coaches to develop individual and team skills.
- Required participation in Indoor 6v6 Games at SportsZone in Cedar Rapids during November through March (Number of games depends on Age Group)
- Required attendance at League games and Travel Tournaments. (Number of league games and tournaments depends on Age Group)
