ISC COED Over 30/35 Adult Indoor Soccer League
Open to Women Over 30 and Men Over 35What is the ISC Over 35/Over 30 Adult Coed Indoor Soccer League?
- We started the Over 35/Over 30 league in January of 2012 and are now in our 13th year of competition.
- Two sessions of indoor play are offered each Winter, and all games are played at the Hawkeye Tennis and Recreation Center (HTRC).
- This is a coed league for adults ages 35 and older for men and 30 and older for women. Men and women play together on all teams.

Why Sign up For ISC Over 35/Over 30 Adult Coed Indoor Soccer League?
The Over 35/Over 30 league was set up to give adult soccer players the opportunity to play against other soccer players that are closer to their age. This league gives adult men and women who love soccer the opportunity to play in a fun adult league against other athletes in a similar phase of their athletic lives. The league includes a mix of ability levels but offers a high level of competition.
LEAGUE SCHEDULE
- Session 1 runs November 2025 through early January 2026.
- Session 2 runs from Mid-January 2026 through early March 2026.
LEAGUE FEE
- We will schedule 10 league games. Fee includes a league t-shirt/jersey. The number of games varies per season.
- Fee Varies per session.
- Exact cost for each session can be found on the link labeled “Dates/schedule/cost.”
- If you sustain an injury that prevents you from finishing the season with your team, you may be eligilble for a partial refund. A partial refund will be considered if your injury occurs prior to the 4th weekend of league play. Please contact the League Director, David Martinez, with questions.
League Format
- Players sign up on their own without a team designation. We do not accept team registrations and it is almost impossible to accept requests to play with certain individuals.
- Once registration closes, the league director assigns some of the players with the most knowledge of the players to forms teams.
- A maximum of 64 players are accepted for session 1. Eight evenly divided teams are created so that all games are competitive.
- A maximum of 48 players are accepted for session 2. Six evenly divided teams are created so that all games are competitive.
- To reiterate, we do not accept requests to play with certain players.
- All weekend game schedules for each session will be posted by the end of the day on the Wednesday preceding the weekend games. The league game dates and time blocks when games will be played are listed before you register, but the specific game times for your team are always posted on the Wednesday preceding the weekend games. If this is not enough notice for your schedule, we do not recommend that you register for the league.

Session 1 Dates/Schedule/Cost
SESSION 1 OF THE ISC OVER 35 LEAGUE:
THE OVER 35 GAMES WILL MOSTLY BE HELD ON SUNDAY EVENINGS. HOWEVER, PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE WILL ALSO BE GAMES ON 1 SATURDAY LATE NIGHT AND 1 SATURDAY MORNING.
Teams may play more than 1 game per league date, but they will never play 3 games per league date. There are multiple league dates listed below when the teams will play more than 1 game per night. Please do not register for the first session if this will be an issue for you.
TIME RANGE FOR GAMES ON SUNDAYS:
6:40 PM-10:00 PM
The start date for the ISC Over 35 League will be Sunday, November 9, 2025.
The final league date for session 1 will held on Saturday MORNING, January 3, 2026.

* On Saturday, December 13, the games will be played in the HTRC but on the Iowa Turf, which means cleats are allowed. Please note that the games on that night will be held from 11:00 PM-11:45 PM.
** On Saturday, January 3, 2026, all teams will play their final two games. However, these games will be scheduled on Saturday morning. Please make sure you note this before registering.
League Cost =$120 Per Player for 10 indoor games and a League Jersey.
We intend to have 8 teams for session 1.
Each team will play the other 7 teams for 7 of their 10 guaranteed games. After all teams have played each other once, the top four teams based on points in the leauge standings will be grouped in the top bracket, which will be named League One. The bottom four teams will be grouped in a lower bracket, which will be named League Two.
We will then schedule each team to play the other 3 teams in their bracket of 4. This will give all teams 10 games.
The winner of the top bracket will be the champions of League One. (The winner of the top bracket will be based only on the results of the 3 games in League One.)
The winner of the lower bracket will be the champions of League Two. (The winner of the lower bracket will be determined only on the results of the 3 games in League Two.)

Over 35 League Standings Session 1
If a team forfeits, the score will be recorded as a 0-8 Loss for the forfeiting team.
If both teams forfeit, both teams will earn 0 points for the game, but the game will be recorded as a 0-0 game. In addition, although the standings will show that both teams earned 0 points, the “history” feature of the sofware incorrectly shows that both teams earn 1 point. We will use the standings reporting for our official league records.

SESSION II League Fee-$120 for 10 guaranteed games and a league jersey.
All teams will be guaranteed 10 games for Session 2 of 2025. We are only taking 6 teams for session 2. Each team will play the other 5 teams two times for a total of10 regular season league games. The top two teams will play in the FINALS and the team that finish 3rd and 4th in the standings will play for 3rd place. Therefore, 4 of the 6 teams will play an 11th game.
